I learned Taiji Qigong Shibashi in 2002 and since then have attended several workshops with Nan Lu, OMD and Dr. Roger Jahnke.  I hold instructor certifications from Sifu Wing Cheung and Professor Housheng Lin who developed this style of practice in 1979. I have been teaching now for over 8 years.

Taiji Qigong Shibashi is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. The gentle, rhythmic, meditative movements have been found to improve and enhance the health of your body, mind and spirit. By practicing mindfulness, you learn to focus your mind through intention and with sincerity to adjust and enrich your internal environment. This practice teaches you to mirror the movements of nature, especially the fluidity of water, to help reduce tension and stress, assist in alleviating ailments, and to cultivate more energy. Those who maintain a consistent practice of Qigong find that it helps one regain a youthful vitality, maintain health even into old age, build stamina, and even helps speed recovery from illness.
