Rachel Seath has a background in nursing, aged care and is a practising counsellor.  She has been practising various forms of meditation and qigong for many years and has been involved with one of the largest Buddhist Temples in the Southern hemisphere for nearly 20yrs.  During this time, she has witnessed first-hand the benefits meditation and qigong has had on many people. Helping them to develop mindfulness and self-healing skills to manage their stress levels and improve their quality of life.

Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi was also practised as a form of moving meditation.  Shibashi is a gentle, beautiful and flowing qigong exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing.  It’s also suitable for all groups and all ages – and you are never too old to start.  Originally from China, but now practiced the world over, Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi helps its practitioners to: improve their health and fitness, aid in healing and recovery of illness, relieve stress, develop energy and vitality, and gain a better sense of connection to themselves and the world around them.
