I have been struggling with fibromyalgia for many years. That was the reason I started learning and playing Tai Chi in 1999. While everything seemed to cave in on me, Tai Chi was the island of time on which I felt I can recover.

It helped adjust the spine damage of a torn disk and a misaligned vertebrae. It also helped to gradually ( like peeling an onion ) shed negative conceptions of myself and other people.

But it was the combination of TaiChi and Qi Gong that opened my heart and slowly a smile emerged instead of the frown, and a lightness of spirit and an awareness that expanded outside my personal space.

Half a year into practicing deep Qi Gong breathing I stopped taking medication and was free of it for a whole year!

Then a setback occurred, but I kept playing Tai Chi – Qi Gong.

It got me out of bed in the morning, it melted down my pain, it lifted my spirit it gave me flexibility which most people with pain do not have, it kept my joints open and also a clear mind.

I began to observe tensions in other people’s bodies and was able to suggest a way of moving that would ease their blockages.

I began to trust more in myself and the discipline of Tai Chi – Qi Gong.

Playing it everyday renewed my license on life and gave me new hope:

Boundless and everlasting

Qi Gong for Life!
