Like so many who practice the internal arts, I discovered taiji and qigong to address my own health concerns. I found the gentle, repetitive movements gave me more than just relief from pain; they improved my physical balance, core muscle and leg strength, lung capacity and memory, as well as deepening my meditation practice.

I have since studied Yang, Taoist and Chen style Taiji; am Certified as a Qigong Shibahsi I and Shibashi II Instructor, Usui Reiki healer (2nd degree), and practicing herbalist.
