I am based in Somerset, England, but I also lead groups and courses several times a year in Finland.

I hold weekly classes in a hall near Taunton, in the village of Cheddon Fitzpaine, normally on a Wednesday morning.

Shibashi 1 is the basis of my work with beginners. There is always more to discover in these 18 exercises. With advanced students the practice becomes internal, to develop the perception of chi and explore the interaction of the body and the space around us.

At retreats and weekend events in the UK and in Finland I use chigung as a basis for exploring our individual participation in the evolution of consciousness. Students work with essential chi gung principles in movement, meditation and as applied in everyday life.
