Solar Qigong Level II & Beyond
This mini-retreat offers a rare opportunity for serious students to practice advanced Solar Qigong techniques within a focused small-group setting (maximum 12 students). The training emphasizes cultivation of the Middle and Upper Dantian, including the Third Eye.
The Upper Dantian is not only associated with spiritual energy; it also plays a crucial role in overall health and vitality. As stated in the Huang Ting Jing (Yellow Court Classic), the various dan (elixir) of the vital organs are ultimately concealed within the Upper Dantian. (Since early 2025, my teacher has been translating and unveiling the coded instructions and inner practices embedded within this classical text. It is hoped that this work will be completed by the end of 2026.)

Prerequisites:
– Familiarity with Solar Qigong Level I
– No serious high blood pressure or heart disease
– Ability to sit continuously for over one hour (on a chair or cross-legged)
