Throughout my more than two decades of teaching, students have often asked me to recommend a specific version of the Dao De Jing. Unfortunately, I rarely read English translations myself, as I found most to be heavily philosophical, focusing on just one aspect of the Dao De Jing’s teachings. This made it difficult to recommend any particular version. Now, I’m excited to finally have an English version I can confidently recommend to everyone!
