Mantra for Eye Healing
Shortly after I sent out last month’s newsletter about healing sounds and mantras, my master introduced a mantra specifically for eye healing. This mantra demonstrates the first major function of mantra practice which I mentioned in that newsletter: using specific sound frequencies to generate resonant vibrational energy that targets and nourishes particular organs—just like the 6 healing sounds do. In this case, it’s designed to benefit the eyes.
