I have been a tai chi + qigong student for 21 years.
I acquired qualifications to teach shibashi and health qigong forms in 2024, 2025 and yang style tai chi 24 short form in 2025.
I began teaching Shibashi Qigong and Health Qigong forms in 2025 and now teach four classes per week. Three indoor classes in Weymouth and one outside class on the beach head at Ringstead Bay.
