Carey Idle is the founder of Windhorse Health Clinic in South East Queensland and is a qualified Marmapuncture (Ayurvedic acupuncture) practitioner and Ayurvedic natural health therapist. He recently completed Level 1 Shibashi teacher training with Sifu Cheung of the Tai Chi, Qigong and Feng Shui Institute and is also qualified in other disciplines including remedial therapy, dry needling, Sowa Rigpa external therapies, PEMF therapy, Buteyko breathing and Mindfulness meditation.
Windhorse Health Clinic is situated in the peaceful hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland in Eudlo. Regular Buteyko workshops (with partner Adrienne Strong), meditation and Qigong classes are also run by the clinic for anyone interested to enhance and balance their health and well being.
