Claire holds regular classes on Wednesdays at the Deeper Balance Studio, South Horrington, Wells. Her sessions consist of Qigong’s meditative movements, positive intentions and calming breath work. Each class finishes with a guided meditation and provides quality ‘you’ time to nourish the body, mind and spirit.
Claire also teaches Qigong to a local Dementia Group and to staff at a local school, and she is a certified Mental Health Health First Aider. She is passionate about supporting people’s mental health and overall wellbeing, and her friendly, relaxing classes are accessible to all.
