Diane Gribbin first began practicing Qigong with Master Sifu Wing in 2005.
She offers classes in Shibashi I, II, and III, as well as Shibashi instructor training programs.
HeartWood Centre has welcomed Master Cheung for many annual workshops and Diane has been fortunate to train with him over the past 16 years in Qigong and Neigong receiving his teachings in urban centres, volcanoes, waterfalls, forests, parking lots, beaches and studios! Truly Qigong can be practiced anywhere. Right now during these uncertain global times Diane offers virtual Qigong classes and private lessons from HeartWood.
