I am a certified teacher of Mindfulness, Compassion, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
I have practiced Tai Chi in the Chen style for many years as a dedicated student, and I have decided to become a Tai-chi Qigong Shibashi instructor because it is a fantastic method for working on one’s energy. It is suitable for everyone and is excellent to teach with mindfulness.

I am available to teach in both English and Italian.
