Kurt Haim

Since my youth, I have been building a bridge between Asian philosophies and the natural sciences. While martial arts such as judo and karate shaped my determination and mental focus, yoga, Buddhism, and Daoism have guided my spiritual orientation.

Professionally, I am a professor at the University of Education Upper Austria, where I head the Department of Science Education. I am passionate about teaching chemistry and developing educational programs that foster scientific creativity and innovation. As founder of the School of Creative Solutions, I aim to empower young people to develop and implement sustainable, innovative solutions to the great challenges of our time — with joy, competence, and creative courage.

Within my learning program, Qigong plays a central role: it gives young people access to their inner wisdom and creative potential. In my online Qigong course, I show teachers how Qigong and creativity are connected — helping students find self-awareness, inner calm, and clarity as the foundation for becoming changemakers.

Teachers participating in the “Innovative FOCUS” training program can find all information about my online course at www.innovative-focus.com
