I started training in Wing Chun Kung Fu at the age of 16 back in South Africa. The Chinese internal arts of Kung Fu always fascinated me, especially theories of Yin & Yang, Five Elements and Daoism. After moving to the UK I dabbled in a few mixed martial arts but never found what I was initially introduced to. So I decided to carry on my personal training of Wing Chun and Qigong from what my first teacher taught me. Eventually I decided to gain formal and recognised qualifications in Qigong and now Instruct Qigong as a Certified Level 2 Instructor for the Tai Chi, Qigong & Feng Shui Institute by Master Wing Cheung, as my full-time occupation for Ambient Qigong.
