Qigong Mode and Tai Chi Posture Requirements – Level 2

In this Level 2 program, you will continue to work with those qigong mode and tai chi posture requirements from Level 1 but in much more depth and details.  Your qigong and tai chi posture will improve significantly if practicing these exercises regularly. Many techniques and exercises in this course are the progression of those from the Level 1 program.  Thus, you will need to have the Level 1 foundation in order to fully appreciate this course.

You will learn:

  • About Wei Qi, Jing and some other Traditional Chinese Medical theories
  • What the Meridians really are and how to make them wider
  • How to open the front channel and Jia Ji gate
  • How to maintain proper posture with the new requirements
  • Three exercises for improving the posture and spinal alignment
  • Two advanced kua opening exercises
  • A simple practice to prevent leakage of qi, and also remedy incontinence and premature ejaculation
  • A two person kua practise to test if you can relax and open your kua properly
  • An enjoyable  two person qigong practise for correcting the spinal alignment
  • A inner martial art technique to improve your qi and blood circulation, cardiovascular health, and arm strength
  • An inner martial art technique to enhance your vitality which can prevent any major sickness for the rest of your life

By completing the Qigong mode and Tai chi posture program, you will know how to:

  • Expand your awareness
  • Calm yourself down immediately when angry
  • Activate and open your middle dan tian
  • Open the four major gateways so qi can penetrate deeper into your body
  • Find out whether you are too yin or too yang
  • Use a special breathing technique to improve your yin/yang balance and regulate your blood pressure

Many of the techniques and practices mentioned above are extracted from the different qigong, neigong, inner alchemy and tai chi systems that I have studied for the past 22 years.  They are the essence of what I teach at the Level 2 Comprehensive Tai Chi Qigong Instructor Training Workshop.  What you learn from this program can be applied to many different styles of qigong and even to daily life activities – a must have for serious qigong practitioners. If you will practice regularly these exercises your qigong and tai chi practice will improve significantly.
