In this workshop, participants will gain proficiency in all 36 breathing techniques and practices of the Hua Shan Healing Qigong. Crafted to strengthen, revitalize, and promote healing in distinct areas of the body, each exercise offers a unique set of benefits. Designed for flexibility, this healing qigong allows participants the freedom to choose and prioritize those practices that align with their specific needs.
This beginner level qigong offers a valuable expansion to certified instructors’ teaching repertoire. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a digital certificate, with the option to request a physical certificate for their achievement.
