Inner ear exercise can help our balance? Nowadays, most fall prevention exercises focus on training the lower body muscles. However, a new study in Japan found it is just one piece of the whole picture. The way we walk, the posture, strength of the back muscles, whole body coordination and multitasking abilities, activeness of the brain and most importantly the sensitivity of the inner ears also make a difference.

Tai Chi has been proven effective for fall prevention because practicing tai chi improves most of the above factors. Qigong Shibashi, especially Set 2 and the Tai Chi Neigong can also achieve those. In this video, the focus is on inner ear exercise, on training the inner ears to improve your balance, it also includes a test to see how good is your balancing ability.
